Chairman
Captain Ashok Kumar Gupta is a retired Merchant Navy Captain with extensive experience in international maritime operations and global trade. Following a successful career at sea, he ventured into the artificial jewellery and export business, building strong expertise in international trade, sourcing, and business management. He has also been actively involved in overseeing business operations in Sri Lanka, managing cross-border trade relationships and market development initiatives.
As Chairman of Shiv Global Ventures, he provides strategic leadership and oversees export operations, international trade coordination, logistics, regulatory compliance, and key business relationships, drawing on decades of experience in global commerce.
Proprietor
Rohit Gupta is the Founder of Shiv Global Ventures. He is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), Mumbai, and holds an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Australia. With over 14 years of experience across supply chain management, logistics, operations, sales, and business development, he brings a strong blend of global exposure and practical business expertise. During his career, he has worked with leading organizations including PVR Cinemas, Star TV, and Myer Retail in Australia.
At Shiv Global Ventures, he leads business development, strategic partnerships, distribution growth, and overall business operations.
